Default Bassani vs. Corsa

How do the two compare? What does the bassani sound like? Does it sound like the Corsa Pace car? Give me some feedback on the two. Thanks.

corsa will not sound like bassani. it has its own unique sound. it is more of an exotic raspy sound

Here is a clip of the Bassani street/competition series on my Z06. These are LOUD. You might want to check out their street version as well. To me these sound more like an American V8 and less like a some exotic car.

Thanks Wayne. How do you like your Bassani exhaust? Is really loud inside where you are not able to carry a conversation with your passanger? Or is it just great on WOT? Thanks.

I had them installed at Carlisle this year. Bassani had sold all of the street competition sets they had brought with them to Carlisle, I was going to get a standard set installed when a guy came up and asked if he could exchange the competition set he had purchased the day before for a standard set. He and his wife found them way to loud for their taste. So I got the agressive set off his car. These are loud enough that I installed a partition to help cut down on some of the sound. It's worst around 1500 rpm at a low throttle position, I get a pretty good drone there. At WOT they are outrageous! I've got Dynatech long tubes, high flow cats and a x pipe coming. I'm anxious to see how they effect the sound the car makes.

They both are better than stock sound but sound completely different. Go hear them in person and make a decision, it's the ONLY way to truly decide.

I was at the Ecklers show yesterday and I was the only car there with Bassani exhaust that I saw. There were a bunch of Borla and Corsa systems there. Of course I am biased but I think the Bassani sounds and looks the best. As you can see from my sig I have the dual tip set up and love it. Not only is it different but, like longrodlx said much more exotic sounding and I think exotic looking. I get a lot of compliments. Notwithstanding, everybody has different views and ultimately you have to enjoy it. I for one can't stand the exhaust that makes the car sound like a boat. Here is a good link to hear the Bassani full exhaust. Go to the 055 cam and hit the sound bite. ....The XXX cam car sounds like a boat to me but what the heh. Good luck
