driver's inner tie rod
its a very easy install, no need to pay 100dollar installation fee charged by pepboys and other garages, it takes about 1.5 hrs, only caution is on removing the clamp on the boot. be careful and have the right tools.
dont forget, your gonna need an alignment afterwards
The last time I bought a Genuine GM tie rod end, there was a Spicer part in the box. You can tell by the blue grease boot. And they have gease fittings, unlike the factory joints.

Spicer makes good stuff. I haven't checked Moog's parts availability in a while but they too make excellent chassis/suspension parts. Their part number is EV343 and sells for $50.79 plus shipping from RockAuto.com I would also replace the boot while your there. If you just want to replace the boot only, Delco's part number 45A7055 at $19.33 (also from RockAuto) but if you want the boot, clamps and grease then a GM part number 21011025 is the way to go and I would get that item from one of the forum vendors (both GM dealers). You cant' beat the pricing. I've used Fichtner Chevrolet in the past with good success. Their number is 1-800-234-5284.HTH,
Robert
