Crazy DMV
Got a letter from the DMV Friday and they stated that they have reviewed my personal plate and have determined it to have a double meaning and deemed it inappropriate to display on an Idaho tag and it will be revoked Nov 30th!
Jezz! Most folks seem to think it says “Fun & Fast” or “Fun Fest”.
They then say I can apply for another plate at no additional charge. I was thinking of “FNDMV”!
Oh well, no biggie!

Did you mean for it to sound like why it is supposed to be sensored?
I was going to put ROCHARD or ROCKHRD or WETVETT but wasn't sure what the DMV would approve.
My buddy suggested THISCARMAKESMYD**KVERYHARD but I told him that there was a limit of letters that I could put on the plate.
I just stuck with the normal plates.

What is your opinion of people stating the color of their cars on the license plate like BLK Z06 or RED C5 or WHITEC4.... isn't it already obvious and less witty to put the color of your car on your plate?
I like the hidden messages and inuendos (sp) those are the funniest, like the classic CULATER or ICUL8R

I have to wonder if someone complained or if they really did review all the personalized plates. I may have to go with something simple like “00FRC” since I am not that ingenious. I can only have 5 digits with the Corvette plate and anything else I can think of is all ready taken. Oh well, at least I have a spare set to display on the wall.

Always thought this was one of the best plates I had ever seen; too bad they figr'd it out.

That sucks. That was a cool plate too. Maybe you can change it to FRKNFST. If that doesn't work, then I agree that FNDMV would be a good alternative.

Idaho has a C5 "Vette" plate. Idaho Vette plate. And 00FRC & 2KFRC are available.

unbelievable. You ought to email the bastages back and tell 'em if they did'nt have such dirty minds the plate wouldn't be "inappropriate". Tell them there's nothing wrong with "freakin fast".

The DMV in AZ really sucks. They are *****. You should get a plate.....FUALDMVS
I have a plate on my GSXR that is MVMWM. I got that one so the LEOs cant read it when im flying by.
Its amazing how many plates are already taken.
Trying to get YELLOW anything is impossible.
