PO410 DTC Code?

PO410 DTC Code?
I got this trouble code when running the diagnostic test with my Predator tuner. They say it is an air system malfunction. It erased the code and the light has not come back on. Should there be any concern as far as having it checked out?

There are several things that can pop this code. Mine turned out to be a vacuum host that ran under the battery. For a while I would clear the code and it would randomly turn up. Wait and see if it shows again, could just be a fluke.
