Hello to all the C5 members. I was lurking around for a couple of months before I actually bought my Silver 2004 coupe, and once I got it I was here all the time! This is a great forum and with lots of great advice and info. Went to Ocean City where there were 600+ other Vette lovers and it was great-the only problem now is tying to keep from going mod crazy.

Congrats on the car and welcome to the Forum.
Yes, you can definitely spend a bunch of money if you get the FOrum Fever. That's why I'm not here as much as I used to be. I was out looking at 427 blocks and ten grand supercharger systems and realized that I didn't need either. Just enjoy your car whether you do or don't mod it at all.

Welcome to the Vette fraternity and specifically to the forum! This is a great place to learn a lot about Corvettes and to hang out with some great people. Congrats!
Welcome I'm fairly new myself (4 months) after a 50 year wait. I'll tell you this...this place is the best..great people. Yes, mods are great, but you're starting off with a great car. Myself, she's about perfect, just the way she is. IMO Again, welcome and have fun.

Congrats and welcome to the fun house..
There is no such animal as mod control ---once it hits---your screwed . And with all the great choices and all the great people here to help--it doesn't make it any easier . I have been trying to pick an exhaust for over a month now and do you think I can make up my mind---he!! no I'm still baffled and it makes it even harder when you do not know that much about these newer cars either..
Have fun and good luck with the mods you will eventually start looking at---hope your choices are easier than mine..
