Hidden problem on my new car
Well I went to go have my windows tinted today at my friends shop.. and while doing the job he noticed several missing sections out of my rear window defroster strips. I have not noticed it yet since I just bought the car about a week and a half ago and it has been in my garage mostly ever since. Well I contacted my dealer that I bought it from and they agreed to replace it for no charge 
since they didn't catch it either... Best part is I'll be saving over $900 for a new window.. bad part is that 2 of my windows were already tinted by the time he noticed it... that's what I get for laughing at people who ride around with only their door windows tinted... karma can be such a pita somethimes...

Lucky you spotted it, and fortunate they will take care of it.
And welcome to the forum. The next big thing I recommend is figuring out how to post pictures of your new ride. (only took me 4 years). Once I looked at the Help & Feedback section I had pics up in 20 minutes.

Your car must have had tinting film at one point in its life. The tint film sometimes comes off with the defrosting strips. Glad you caught it and your stealer is taking care of it

Yeah i had to have my side windows untinted cause i got pulled over and i had to show the cops. so for the 2 days from when i got the tint removed will i got a chance to have it put back on, i know how u feel, same thing happened in my WRX with blue tinted windows, oh well. at least you dont have a ticket to deal with and you get new glass out of it
