Boy another CLB question
I lost thread that said " go out sit in car and see if wheels turn.
I did....they turn left....they turn right....column doesn't lock....so some how the problem has been corrected?
Do I need to verify an actual CLB has been installed...or a GM recall performed??

You can get someone on the forum to run your VIN thru a GM dealership computer to see what services and recalls have been done on your car. That way you will know for sure. In Feb '06 there was a recall for removal of the locking plate in all MN6 C-5's. I have an '02 MN6 but since I already have a CLB I haven't had the recall done.
