What years were there changes made?
Im looking for a C5 right now and am looking to spend no more than 25-27. I know that leaves me in the 97-00 range really.
Can you guys help me out and let me know the pros and cons of each year? Thanks

Winter is coming you might be looking at 00 to 02. Off the top of my head the wagon wheels ended in 99. Good luck with your search you should be able to find a good deal in another month or so.

Not sure what "options" you want on yours but 25-27K should put you in the seat of a low mileage 2002 coupe or FRC.
You should also be able to find 2003 FRCs or a coupe for 27-28K.
If you want a 'vert then that won't necessarily be true.
If I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me REALLY quick!
As stated above, winter is coming and prices will drop. Be patient.
