Default Has Anyone Contacted Vette Essentials Lately???

I've been working with Matt @ VE for the past few weeks about some stuff I ordered. I've called and emailed numerous times in the past week or so and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Has anyone else talked to VE lately? Thanks!

So this is what happened, I ordered a c6 **** & boot for my Z. It was supposed to be black w/ Electron Blue stitching. It came and the stitching was more of a gray than EB. So Matt said he'd redo it, I sent back the ****, he said keep the boot since he'd have no use for it anyways. He said he needed some time to find a blue color that was close to EB, since the one he had was more ment to match the EB colored leather they use. He managed to come up with something that looked okay he thought, he sent me a pic of it before he sent it. In the pic it looked more teal than EB, but I said send it anyways. That was 2 weeks ago, and I haven't received it. I've left a few messages, but called more times than that. And emailed a few times also. I know they're busy, but I paid for something and have nothing to show for it. This is my first time doing business with VE. I've read so many threads about how great they are about quality and customer service. I was planning on ordering a bunch more stuff like door pulls, arm rests, & center console lid. I'm gonna keep trying to call and email I guess.

I was up in Detroit on Friday and stopped by Vette Essentials just to say hi - but the shop was locked up tight as a drum. Tried calling to see if they were going to be there, but only got voice mail.

I'm curious, were you able to get a hold of them? I'm soon planning on buying from VE and would like to know that all is well there.

I recently called and sent an email to buy a couple of things......but no response. I suspect they are still going through transition with Ken's passing, but hope we hear from them soon. They are a class act all the way around.
