I have been considering some engine mods to my 04 Z06 but have held off because of emission regulations, just wondering how many owners have done engine mods ie: headers, h/c, fi and have failed due to the visual part of the inspection. I doubt a properly tuned car would fail the emission part. Thanks in advanced for your answers

Tyngsboro, just South of Nashua N.H. I just wanted to get a feeling about how many vette owners have encountered problems, my main concern is with long tube headers. H/C and intake mods are hard to notice.

I've had long tube headers with high flow cats, Corsa exhaust, air intake, and a handfull of other mods and have past every time I've gone. A qualified tuner is also a great way to start/finish with your mods. I highly recommend "SLOWHAWK" from this site. He is located in MA.
