Fastest Bone Stock Z06?
ok ive tried searching and havent found anything... but if im not mistakin i have seen some people talk about people going 11.7's and some have gone 11.5 on DR..is this correct??

Can you blame them, I watched Dr. Ron run the 11.21 pass and I didn't believe it.

My guess Ranger is the man to talk to. He's done sub 12 more than once if I recall (stock). Mind you he's one of the best drivers out there. Your average person (and I am at best avg and have never taken it to a strip) would probably be low to mid 12's

I'm not calling anyone a liar either, I just have my own opinion, which I'm entitled to, and which I probably shouldn't offer because SOMEONE will prolly take it personal even though it's not about anyone, it's just about my opinion. 
But I don't believe physics supports the notion that a 360 rwhp car weighing 3180 lbs will do a sub 12 second ¼ mile. You can believe anything you want, but that's what I believe. Sorry. A 400 rwhp Z will do it, but a 400 rwhp Z is not a stock Z as we all know. 
Now where'd I put my flame suit?
I have a standing offer for someone to prove to me this can be done - with my Z. It's not even stock - headers and tune and it's pushing 385 rwhp and 379 ft lbs of torque. I challenge anyone to make it do a sub 12 second pass on street tires. I have a set of stock F1's with 3/4 tread in the garage just waiting for such an opportunity. I'll pay to mount them up, pay to get you into the track and if you can do a sub 12 second pass with my car on 18" F1's, I'll kiss your *** and buy you lunch.
