I'm taking mine back to the dealer for the driver's mirror coming loose. I'v eseen where guys have used zip ties to make the repair. Do a search.... One of my passenger visor vanity light lenses fell out also. Shows no signs of damage, possible expansion/contraction issue? I'm letting the dealer fiqure that out as well. Perhaps I'll end up with new visors?

Great tip on the tie wraps.
I put a Homelink in my drivers side visor. I had both visors rebuilt with new stuff on the inside, and recovered with new material. Cost was $100. They look so much better than the old ones and the "ears" don't sag anymore.
