Mine does the same. I just make sure not to close the door, unitl Ive hit the release.
Off Topic, but how do you let you Shepherd in your car? I have one as well, and would love to get him to ride out with me, but I cant stand the shedding, the drool, or the sharp claws in my Vette. How do you do it?
