[Z06] FS: Millenium Yellow '01 Z06

This is not a finalized deal, but I am looking for indications of interest on my Z06--the car is as follows:
Yellow/black '01 Z06. Memory, electrochromatic mirrors & mats(factory)
Mods:
-TPIS full length headers(HPC ceramic coated)
-Blackwing w/ ram-air cover
-Lowered, adjustable heim joints
-Stainless braided brakelines, ceramic pads
-CAGS & Column lock both disabled
-Factory Power antenna
The following DO NOT come with the car:
-HRE rims
-Euro taillamp assembly
-Red interior bits
-Hardbar ****
The car is always garaged(not a daily driver), never smoked or ate in, has never had any paint/bodywork and is in excellent condition. For those of you that know me, or have seen the car, can vouch for my attention to my vehicle's condition.
The car has been dynoed @ 354+ SAE RWHP & 342+ RWTQ using a 248 dynojet(on a hot day). No 1/4 mile times though(never ran the car), but my seat-o-the pants meter tells me low 12's @ 115-116ish...
The car has 7100 miles on it, and 2 full years remaining on the factory warranty. I have all paperwork/manual/window sticker/videotape for it as well.
The car HAS NOT burned any oil in the last 1700 miles(once past 5k or so miles, the little consumption it had, ceased  )
I'm asking $41,900, it's an awesome car, I had no intentions of selling it, but...
Here are some pics--remember, see above for what's NOT included:

E-mail me(gtbzr1@yahoo.com) if you have a serious interest...

Brad, I'm pleading the 5th on that until I know it's a done deal--you will be surprised by the choice(maybe ;) )...
Mike, I left you a message on weds., that I think you got last night--I'll buzz you soon...
I've received quite a few responses from seriously interested individuals--I will know by sunday if the other deal will take place. I'll keep the forum posted.

I'll divulge what my secret plan was FWIW ;)
I had a line on a '99 Lingenfelter Stage 2(650HP) Turbo C5 convertible w/ 10k miles down in miami. I drove down there yesterday(started off @ 5AM!), to see the car in person(I had a friend who lives in miami make a reconnaissance run for me last monday--thans Julio!) He said the car had not been meticulously cared for, but seemed sound mechanically & could be brought back to 100% w/ some work--which I was willing to to, considering the car's price.
I got there, the car looked very, very good(they had spent all day friday 'doll-ing' it up for delivery), but it did have some issues for a 10k mile car.
The car was a THRILL to drive. When the turbo's spooled up, it sounded like all he!! broke loose(along w/ the rear tires ;) ).
After careful mechanical, cosmetic & background examinations--I passed on the car...
I will not get into the specifics of why I did not buy the car(I had the check in hand to do so), but needless to say, I left without the car--take that for what it's worth...
My Alternative??? That awesome Z06 in my garage right now--think I'll go for a spin--just how much is a turbo kit for it???... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
I know people in Florida interested in the car and we'd appreciate some feedback here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=166608
Thanks,

And, man it's really tough to have to resort back to my Z06--it's such a dog...
If I want BIG horsepower thrills--I get in my nearly 700HP ZR-1, and turn on the blue bottle ;)
I'd shy from some wrecks. Any idea what the wreck situation was?
Good note on the oil pump, but the oil in use may be part. Also the pump can be replaced for sure. The wreck is kinda worrisome.
