Thank you so much for your opinions!! I'm leaning toward the Carravagio..Hope I can find a decent body shop to paint and install it. Can anybody recommend a good shop on the Eastern Shore of Maryland?? Also, does anyone have a photo of an ACI installed? Thanks again!
I just saw a post of an ACI installed. My apologies for asking on my previous post. I would like, however, to see the area where it joins on top...Thanks!
Made a few of them for fellow members. Too time consuming, too expensive...
I still think you have the best looking product out there.
Since you don't make them anymore, I guess I'll have to buy the one from Mid America, or Carvaggio.
Caravaggio. A couple of points in favor. The top forward edge lines up with the trunk opening so you don't have an additional seam as on the ACI which doesn't go all the way forward. It doesn't stick up as high which would make it a further reach if you like putting things in the trunk occasionally. The sides are longer giving it a sleeker look. It doesn't bolt on so, according to John Caravaggio, it is removable if the need should arise. Lastly, the reason in my opinion that it looks the most integrated with the design of the car, is because it was designed by John Cafaro, the designer of the C5.

Perfectly said but the only thing I don't like about the Caravaggio is the side spikes cross over the body line between the qtr and rear bumper. That drives me nuts... it looks like an aftermarket spoiler.
Having said that, I love the way the wing comes straight off the back. I used the ACI and cut the tips off and moulded it into the bumper for cost reasons... If I ever make another one, I'll cut up a Caravaggio instead.
