This is the "Retro" look...
Parts are from a '78 C-3 .... The reverse lock-out is non functional, and fits right over the stock shifter. The threads on the ball are identical to C-5. The shift pattern is from the stock ****, filed down, and siliconed to the console.

anybody know if any Sparco shift ***** fit? or any of the japanese ones? like from Greddy? or europeans ones like Momo? i personally enjoy the looks of those better but i dont know if the threading is correct

Those are typically universal-fit, and aren't threaded.
Momo's come with various size bushings to mount over the shifter, and are held in place with 3 small set screws at the base. I can't speak for the other brands.
