If it is a coupe I believe you can Steve, I’ve got C-6 wheels on my 2003 coupe I would think that all C-5 coupes are the same. I had to change tires, the front wheels on the 2005 are 18 inch and the stock wheels on my 2003 are 17 inch. The rear wheels on the 2005 are 19 inch and the stock wheels on my 2003 are 18 inch.
I also changed the wheel studs on the rear from the stock 1 ½ inch to 2 ½ and used a ¾ inch adapter to correct the off set on the rear, and a ¼ inch spacer on the front wheels.
