How many fingers do you guys use to shut your gas door? I have been using three and it seems like I am using too much pressure. I was going to try two fingers because I think that might be the perfect amount of pressure to get it to shut properly. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

according to the manual, it only requires 6 lbs. of evenly applied pressure to properly close in secure locked position

I think Charlene's question is a serious concern to her and you guy's shouldn't be making fun of her.

Who is this low-life Chris from ECS that just comes along and hijacks Charlene's thread. Have you no shame man?? (Try using a knuckle on the gas door. No greasy fingerprints and it will latch perfectly every time.

Now...will a moderator please take Charlene's concern seriously and move this thread to the Technical Section where a few of the forum's elite computer geeks can address it properly and with the respect it deserves...please!!

I hope someone can figure this out for you Charlene as I know how important it is to your ability to enjoy yourself while on this site. All those other posters are jerks for making fun of you.

Good luck.

Charlie

Hi charlene,
I used to have the same problem until we upgraded our computer's Windows operating system to XP. Now it works fine. I don't know if this is the reason for your problem - maybe more than one thing could cause it? Also may be because we used to use Netscape - now we use something different (but I'm not sure what ). Good luck.
