Why I hate the Corvette Forum
It all starts off so innocently. You join because you get “the taste” of owning your new Vette and the messages to your post goes like this… “Welcome, glad to have ya, Ask a lot of questions, post those pictures, Make sure you wave” and then that one post that starts the spiral into Hell… “Let the Mods begin”. Of course you say “I think I will leave it stock... don’t want to hurt the resale… but you soon come to realize, you will never sell the Vette and the Mods start. That is bad enough... Mods to the exterior, Mods to the engine, dress up Mods to the engine compartment but then someone who obviously is an Agent from Hell post a picture of their Garage… Nice Corvette hangings on the walls, brightly colored walls, race deck on the floor and that beast of a Vette sitting so proudly on display… They go on and on about what they did and how they painted the walls and installed the Race Deck flooring making the reader wonder, “what would my garage look like if I was to “install a few Mods?”
Mods, it is like a crack habit. Once you get a taste, you can never get enough from that point forward.
Yes I spent my weekend starting my garage Mods… Pictures will follow soon.
The plan is the following: Corvette (millennium yellow on the left wall, bright white rear wall and torch red right wall. Black and white checker flag Race Deck flooring with Gloss black 1x2 custom welded shelves and work benches.
Man I hate this Forum…. “Be sure to wave”, “Glad all of y’all are here”, “Ask a lot of Questions”, “Post those pictures” It will never end

I've resisted messing with the garage . . . . . . . for now

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

to mod my garage space means make it bigger.
its one bay... just enough room to walk around it. three sides only.
i'm modding in my head getting stoked for winter.( can't snowboard any longer...) so i'm keeping my sanity with vette time.
seems i get really edgy lately, like; I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
