GMPP Warranty Transfer

GMPP Warranty Transfer
I tried searching, but haven't found any info on transferring a GMPP warranty.
My questions are as follows:
1) Is there a limit to how many times the warranty can be transferred? (i.e. I bought an extended warranty for my Viper, but it is only able to be transferred once)
2) Are there any fees for transferring?

Thanks everyone for all the advice...It's not that I plan on having the car change hands a bunch times. More so that I am looking for a C5 Z06, and would prefer one with an warranty.
Some that I am considering have the extended warranty, and if it were like the Dodge 'MaxCare' warranty - you can only transfer it once. Therefore, if the guy I would be buying the car from wasn't the one that purchased the warranty, he wouldn't be able to transfer it to me (by Dodge's standards).
