I ran time only but the guy next to me in the cobra runs no time. Even if he did run time only the lights were not working that whole year, last year, at 41. Although they did fix them this in the middle of this year. I have the time slip but have no way of posting it on here. Weird I ran in april but the slip shows I ran in july????

Here is the link for the time slip
http://cfupload.stevesdomain.net/images/e306e6ae1a.jpg
That was the first time I took the car to the track. Got the 11 second pass on my fifth run. I really read up on Rangers' "How to launch a vette" Worked great. Thanks Ranger. I was letting the clutch cool down for a half hour between runs. If I didn't spin out of the whole a little bit I really could of been in the top 10 for the times. I was just happy enough to get that and haven't taken the car back since.

Thanks Robert for getting me up there. I can't believe my stock times are still standing. That was the first time to the track with the car and the last time the car was stock. If I would have known I was so close to the top I would have ran it some more. Any who. I do need to make a correction. The time listed for the modified pass is my best ET and MPH. These were my first shake down runs with no additional tuning. I had about 3/4 tank of gas and my tool box in the car. A front tire pressure check later revealed that I was only running about 20lbs of air in them. Bad maintenance on my part. I ran stock front rims and tires and C5 wagon wheels in the back with 275 MT street radials. The weather was 60* but I don't know the DA. I will break down the two passes.
60ft------1.65
330------4.59
660------7.01
660------102.34
1320-----10.87
1320-----128.83
60ft------1.64
330------4.64
660------7.08
660------101.90
1320-----10.95
1320-----129.76
I lifted during the launch on the second run. I thought the tires were going to break loose with how hard it launched. You can see it in my 330 and 660 times and mph. But the car came on like gang busters on the top end. I think it would have been down in the 10.7@130+ if I had stayed in it. I went to an AWD Mustang dyno the next day in the same 60* weather and put down 465/430rw uncorrected. Corrected was 460/426rw. I just went the dyno last Saturday in 45* weather and put down 486/444rw uncorrected and 465/426 corrected. So in like weather I am pretty sure I can get down in the 10.6x@132 range. The goal is to go 10.5x@132 in the cars current engine configuraton. I am going to borrow a CCW drag pack and go for broke. The car is pretty basic with stock ported heads. The chambers aren't even touched.

Can we get a little more info on your setup? Or a link to where it is posted. I assume you are leaving off the rev limiter with a drag pack and suspension mods. What size cam? Solid roller? I am just really impressed with your times and mph. I am trying to figure out why my times suck so bad.
