Lock/Unlock Glovebox?

Lock/Unlock Glovebox?
I got the Vert (1999) two weeks ago and found that the key locks the doors and starts the car but does not lock the glovebox or center console? The owners manual says use key to lock but does not say if it is the same key used to start the car. Is there another key? My Yukon has two differnt keys.
