Default Good Corvette Info Site

Here's a link to a good Corvette "history" site (for those who don't already know about it). Not just C5s but all years, with good pics and brief overview of each year.

For 1999 it featured the same LS7 engine but an automatic transmission would not be available. The competition oriented Z51 suspension system was standard on every hardtop.

Some of those 0-60 times look a wee bit off.
Although they are quoted a magazine.

Yep, the 2001 Z06 had 385hp, the 2002 had 405hp. The road test report was probably from a 2002 Road and Track test.....of a 2001 model. But as you point out it comes across as misleading.
