Ok so we are in the middle of my header install. We have just about everything together but I had a question about the 02 sensors. On the front o2 sensors are they supposed to cross over like the rears? I don't think so it is just that they seem to cross over. And speaking of the 02 sensors did anyone else have to lengthen the wires? they don't see to be long enough to pug in. For the rears these are supposed to cross over right?
We had no problem getting the passenger side in from the top. Didn't even really need to pull the coil packs or the valve covers. Now the driver side we had to go through the top. Had to pull the valve cover and the steering shaft.
Not the expert here, but as far as the 02 sensors go-the fronts do not cross. The rears do cross. I am assming you are using all 4. Can't help with the rest.
Your fronts one WILL NOT cross. Only the rears ones. You need extenders for the rear ones. Kit usually comes with extenders if you go with highflow cats. If you go catless, you need O2 Sims for rears.
If you get confused with the O2's, just trace them back to the wiring harness. The left stays on the left, right on the right. Oddly enough, it does not matter front to rear, just left to left and right to right...
If you have any questions, just give me a call in the morning.
They are burning up my phone over the new product release, so if I don't answer, I'll get right back to you...
