I have an '03 Metallic Sprial Gray vette with black interior. One of the biggest problems i've run into is customizing the interior colors, as well as the calipers and front and back "Corvette" inserts.
This weekend I went to Vettefest in Rosemont, IL to look for some ideas. My girlfriend and I thought that Yellow would be a cool color to do for accenting the interior as well as for the calipers and letter inserts.

SGM is a classy color don't offset it with yellow. Stick to the basics ; black, stainless, or carbon fiber( ) I believe that many owners put too much (bling) and takes away from a beautiful car.

What color would you chose?
I've got a Quicksilver with black and I'm looking to accent it with orange. It isn't a standard C5 color palette and I've seen that the combo works with all the stuff Harley Davidson has done with it.
A bright orange would accent Spiral Grey very nicely.
Haven't done it myself, but from what I've seen you can't go wrong with a red like torch red. I've seen a few MSGs that came from the factory with the torch red interior and it's a great looking combo.

I saw these inserts for the front and rear that are holographic--maybe the chrome might do it for you.. Sorry I'm at work but when I get home I can look them up in my spreadsheet and tell you where I found them. They have plenty of colors to choose from..
thanks to everyone who has given feedback..a lot of great suggestions around...and yea i think i've talked myself out of the yellow for the time being..

Undoubtedly, MSG vehicles mostly have black interiors. Therefore, a subtle use of Torch Red would be stunning within the cockpit of a Corvette C5, vs., a lighter shade of Grey, OR, do both (light Grey and Torch Red)! Go for it! And, do let us know what you decide!
