I bought the GM replacement rotors (drilled & slotted) from Fred Beans a couple months ago. Finally got around to putting them on today. The front ones fit fine - and look great.
The back ones seem too thick - I cant get the caliper frame to slide over the rotor. It was a long day and maybe I missed something (I hope I did) but something didnt seem right. I checked the part number on the box and compared it just now with GMPartsDirect.com and the part number is right.
Did you check to make sure the pistons where fully compressed? I installed stainless steel pad plates when I replaced my pads and rotors and I had to remove the metal backing on the outside pads of the Hawks I replaced my OEM's with to get them to slide over the back rotors. Good luck!!!
