Anyone have experience with this lift from Harbor Freight?

No experience with that particular one but the price falls in line with others.

For $300 more you can get a 10K Bend Pak. Do you think Harbor Freight will be there with replacement parts if you need them?

I used to sell engine and pickup hoists from Harbor Freight along with other shop machines. I stopped because I couldn't stand the aggravation anymore. They have no effective Inspection or Quality Assurance program, and if you ever have a problem and need a part it is EASILY 8-12 weeks downtime before they will ship out the smallest little piece. Their service SUCKS. They focus on low price up front and forget you as soon as your order ships.
