If you're referring to the front turn signals, you must remove the plastic cover from the under side (six screws: 4 from the bottom side, 2 inside the wheel well) from the appropriate side. There is one in each side directly in front of each wheel. Once that has been removed, move the brake duct aside and reach for the bulb. If you're going to replace the turn signal itself, there are 3 (I believe)screws to undo. Sliding the car on ramps makes life easier. Good luck.
I believe when I replaced mine I manually opened the headlight, then removed the plastic molding on inside of headlight, then slipped my hand down in there and turned the bulb connection 90deg. and popped it out. If I also remember correctly this is a pain in the butt the first time. You get the hang of it after a few times though.
