It's a suspension option that allows the car to monitor the road surface and adjust the damping rate of the shocks accordingly to make for the best ride, at least in theory. If your car has it there will be a dial on the center console next to the TC/AH button with the settings Tour/Sport/Perf on it.
I have it.... I just keep it in Tour mode. I will have to try it after hibernation. I have babied it since I got it in April.
Thank you.. This forum is a great resource

Haven`t you played with that dial?
If you are in touring mode and go right over to performance mode you will feel the suspension tighten up in seconds...it`s that drastic.
I love mine, driving in touring mode...all soft and sloppy and when some turns come up that I want to carve...flip the switch and it`s riding on rails...

With the optional F45 suspension or Selective Real Time Damping, there are sensors that constantly read the road surface while continuously adjusting shock damping instantaneously to provide a smooth and stable ride. You can select between Tour, Sport or Performance modes simply by turning a **** on the console.
Tour mode provides a softer ride than the Base suspension and Sport mode firms things up a bit more than the standard base suspension. The Performance mode is at a level of Z51 capability counteracting roll, dive and lift. The sway bars are not as thick as the Z51 sways though. Shock replacement is substantially more expensive.
I keep mine in the Performance mode.
