This article is one of the best I've seen, and cites many "experts" within it. But I do agree that a simple search here would have yeilded similar responses.....
This is what I do: Everyday, I start it up, and drive it to work. I've never had an issue.

You guys might think I'm crazy, but I don't even go that far. I am running Pirelli P Zero Nero all seasons and they've done extremely well in the snow here so far. I just don't have a second set of wheels and tires since I don't have room to store them (nor the extra $$ to buy them)

All I do is clean the car up, put a good conditioner on the seats, put Sta-Bil in the gas tank, connect a Battery Tender up, make sure air is up to snuff in the tires and then cover the car. I also put a piece of old carpet under each tire to keep them off the concrete.
