I'm going to be detailing my coupe over the next few months, getting ready to sell so I can order the 08 C6. I'd like to think the color of my C5 might add value as a possible collector car. I recall there were fewer than 400 Nassau Blue Vettes made in 2000. I never saw a breakdown as to model. Is there anywhere I can look to find the number of MN6 Z51 coupes with Nassau Blue?

I really wouldn't count on the color of your car adding value as a collector item, but the Nassau Blue color is very, very nice. It may attract a buyer just because it is not a prevalent color.

I jumped all over my car when I found it somewhat close to me. I've seen several people asking specifically for a Nassau Blue car in the for sale section in recent months too.
However, I would NOT ask an above premium price for the car as it's merely a color. To the right person, sure, they may pay more, but you could easily be turning deals away for what you actually want by asking more than what it's worth.

Best of luck with the sale.
Admirable and practical viewpoint. That said, I suspect the person selling a Nassau Blue car is going to have to haggle a little bit less than someone with a different color in similar condition.

Thanks very much. I guess that's what I was looking for. The car is what it is, not a garage queen. 54K miles, used on the track, loving every minute of it.

If it helps, I paid $21000 for my 99 with 53K miles in May.
Even such small numbers are telling of how few there are that color and year. Picked mine up (2000 MN6 31k on the clock) about a year ago - $21,500. Only needed some TLC which it routinely gets.
I looked for 5 years for just the right car with the right mileage & right price. I finally bought my 99 vert w/30K for $24K this last summer. The car was VERY clean & I have wanted Nassau blue for ever. I told the wife I wanted to put white/blue interior in it like the mid year Nassau blue verts. Good luck with the sale.....It has been my experience that Nassau blue sells quickly at not a premium but worth more than a red car.

Really? Theres only 400 of them? It seems like I see a Nassau Blue almost every day...Weird. I think Its a great color & If thats the case with the 400 # then It should be a collectible!
**Oh yeah, I just realized that they made them In 99' also...Not sure about 97' though, still for a rare color I sure do see alot of them!

I bought mine spur of the moment, I had always wanted a nassau FRC, and I was reading CF one day and saw one for sale and bought it the next week. 2000 Nassau FRC with 12,500 miles for $23,500. I love the car, I have only seen one other nassau vette near me and it wasnt an FRC, I just love rare cars.

I don't think thay are worth more, but they are eaiser to sell, meaning you should not have to come off your asking price. I did pay more for mine due to color, in fact the dealer I got it from had another 98, red with the same options and a few less miles and was asking almost 1 grand less for the the red one. He deals in used vettes, and said the Nassau Blue ones go very fast compaired to other colors, so it's a sellers market in many ways. I was willing to pay the extra grand to get what I wanted, someone else may feel the same way. Don't give yours away, someone will pay top dollar due to color.
I bought my 98 coupe in 2002. It had 22,000 miles on it and I paid $29,500. In fact the car was a test vehicle for GM. When I picked it up it had 1 yr left on its factory original 3yr. warranty. The warranty never started until the car hit a dealership in the year 2000. Ever since I saw this color car in one of the Vette magazines I had to have it. I remember the car I saw was a Doug Rippie modified Vette with DRM hood and polished HRE's.
If it helps I bought my 98 a year ago with 37,000 miles on her for $20k. I've only seen one other Nassau Blue on the road but people really seem to like the color. Personally I'm not a huge fan. Good luck
