Default GM Parts Direct

Does any have a phone number for GM Parts Direct? I placed an order on 11/14/06 and the order still hasn't shipped. I sent and email Monday and have not received a response yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I just checked the emails that were sent to me and none of them have a phone number listed either. It sucks that they don't have any way to get in touch with the customer service department other than through email. Hope everything works out for you.

I'm not sure they have a phone number you can call. This has been a complaint posted here before.

Well, if you don't get your part soon, dispute the charge on your card and you won't have to spend any money. If the part ships when you dispute then you can un-dispute it (correct trem?) and pay for your item. Hopefully they're not charging an arm and a leg for shipping, too.

They are also very slow in replying to emails. I requested a price quote and they responded 10 days later. I ended up paying quite a bit more from a dealer because I couldn't wait for an answer.

Why not just use one of the forum vendor Chevy dealers like Fred Beans, Fitchners, etc??? They charge less, don't inflate the shipping, and they have real telephones with real people.

GM parts direct is the last ditch place I would use.

You have to be patient with these guys.

I ordered Z06 shocks and sways and it took over 3 weeks. I think they order from GM AFTER you place your order - and after they get them they ship to you.

Forget calling, you will just frustrate yourself.

This is why some folks don't like to use them.

Patience is the key when buying from them. I've bought from them a few times and though it took a while, everything always arrived as advertised.

You can try calling this number 888-550-3569. GM Parts Direct is owned by Flow Chevrolet in Winston-Salem NC.

Fred Beans

Use the tab at the top, "Our Catalogs". Enter vehicle info, and try using "Stabilizer Bar" as a key word.
Listed under suspension.

GM Parts Direct is ok on some items if you are not in a hurry. Some times the are higher in price. No phone # that I'm aware of.
