Default Need EBCM Part Number Confirmation

I need some help guys confirming the part number for an EBCM (I think I've got the term right).

I've located a part to purchase, but I'm not sure it is the same part. From the following thread, http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1387486, I've seen that there are different part numbers for different year cars.

2002 12216561 $973.15
2003 10343433 $742.54
2004 same
The part I've located is part # 10343433. I was told it also comes with the brake pressure modulation valve. Does that sound right? I'm not sure about the last part.

But the big question is: With all of these different part numbers (below), can I put the part from a 2003 on my 2002 Z06? Is there a real difference in the models?

Also, I can't find the number listed below on my part. The numbers listed on my part are:
Serial# 12650604,
Model 09390570/10315150,
MLCG: 10315150.

I want to make sure I'm buying the right part before shelling out that kind of cash!

Please help!
