'00, 6spd, Corsa Indy catbacks and X pipe. I think I paid $250 for the X pipe...but didn't $250 worth of improvement in the popping.

Mine pop like crazy with the same setup below 2k rpm...and I love it! It completely eliminated the motorboat sound at idle.

Matt,
I have Borla Stingers with an X-pipe. I wanted an exhaust system that had a more aggressive sound than the stock system. But I didn't want it to sound like a 55 Ford with glass packs on the decel.

I have a Bassanni Xpipe routed to my Corsas and I still have popping when I decelerate or get out of gear.
Overall, it did quiet it a bit. I did not buy it expecting more HP though

Matt - when I bought my Stingers, Borla didn't make an x-pipe so I used the one made by Corsa.
