Problem with my DIC Display
I have a 2003 ZO6 and lately when the car sits overnight, my DIC will reset my average mileage and change my HUD page. Any ideas what is causing this.
Thanks,
Chris

Yep! I think I do. This happened to me last year. It would appear that your battery is on the way out. (Not maintaining the correct voltage) Low battery voltage to the BCM acts on the DIC and HUD in this way. Mine (I allways keep the blank space in the DIC) would defalt to the "odometer" and I allways keep the HUD on with just the MPH showing. This would default to the complete display. Installed a new battery, problem solved.

Sorry - I can't help myself...it just flowed from my fingers to the keyboard.....
Have you considered consulting an Urologist about your problem? there are some real miracles available to help you with ED.
Okay - now that's out of my system - I agree that your battery is is heading for the big battery graveyard in the sky.

Thanks for your quick reply. I figured it might be the battery since it is still the original.
Thanks for your help,
Chris

I'll pass on the obvious that is well thrashed and trashed already.
But my 02 had the identical stuff going on until I changed the battery. All is good now.

Thanks for everyone's quick help. This is what makes the corvette forum such a great place. You are able to get quick information and joke around at the same time.
