I was sitting at a light in my C5 just yesterday. I notice a C6 pull up right behind me. I notice it's an attractive blonde at the wheel. I gave her the thumbs-up in the rearview....she does not respond at all, just stares blankly ahead....oh well.

Remember that C6 people (or new vette owners) don't understand why you are waving to begin with. Until all the Chevy dealerships start putting on a waving class at purchase you will have to just live with the fact not everyone will wave back and most probably think you're a wierdo
