Stock Exhaust Mod ?

Per RichieRichZ06, I have decided to pull the trigger and do this to me AE

Before I make a mistake, is there any real down-side. I cannot figure that there is the dreaded DRONE and yet should really bark at WOT

Give me some "quick" feedback.

I agree, I have read some people like the sound and some didn't. But I did it to mine and think it sounds great.

I wish I had thought of that! I'll bet it sounds good. Besides, if you hate it, you can just splurge for an aftermarket system like the rest of us spendthrifts. Go for it!

This was the first mod i did to my car it really wasnt that much louder than stock. I had it all cut off and got straight pipes it just depends on what your looking for.

I did it to mine and I love it.

No drone, and sounds great at WOT. The only problem, and I'm getting used to it, is the car sounds kinda like a motorboat at idle. Hard to describe. I don't even notice it now.

That's the A&A mod but much closer to the muffler. The A&A mod is further out close to where the pipe curves. I have and like it. A&A is Andy of A&A Corvettes, vendor.

Awsome mod by the way! Would not of thought of that but Dang Cool!

Has anyone Dyno'd this for fun just to see if it makes a performance improvement and not just sound improvement?
