[Z06] Tire help !!

Tire help !!
I've got a deal to get 4 BFG tires any size for $500. I'm looking at their KDW w/ new tread design. The only problem that the fronts are only 255 rather than 265. Will this still be suitable? Thank you in advance! David

Those tires will fit on the rim just fine. You're giving up about 1/2" on tread width and diameter. Not a big deal. But it will help induce understeer a bit more. That's about all I can think of. For $500 if you're just street driving I'd get them. They do have an interesting tread pattern for sure.
You'll be hard pressed to get a set of tires at that price in Z06 sizes.

Actually, I think you'd do a "low" of about $800 for Firestone Wide Ovals OTD ? (not my choice, but many like them)
To maybe $1600 OTD for PS2's ? (my choice, on my Z16).
Sounds like a great deal for you, unless you want ultimate race track bite.

Go 275's instead, they fit fine. Get the BFG KD's, they are awesome.
