I think Popular Mechanics or someone similar did this about 10 years ago. I'm thinking it was for a Dodge minivan. The cost was somewhere around $200,000 if I remember correctly. I'd hate to build a C5 this way.

It was also a reoccuring M*A*S*H theme where Radar mailed home a US army jeep a piece at a time.

Long live JOHNNY, my guess would be $250K. I know where I work, we almost give our machines away, ya gotta have somewhere to sell replacement parts.

Years ago you could order an Army type jeep in a crate and put it together yourself. What's the point? Are you ordering the parts yet?

Heck it would be cheaper to buy a dozen C5's than to buy one over the
counter!

At over the counter prices, It would cost about 1.7Mil. considering the "tax" involved
