With the key turned to the start position and held, push the clutch pedal down until it stops. See if you can hear the relay over on the pass side toeboard click. That relay has to engage in order for power to get to the starter.
Has any aftermarket equipment been added to the car? Any splices, taps, etc in the electrical system?
Check the fuses under the hood too. The big ones.

Car is electrically bone stock. I do have a CLB installed. I do hear the relay click in the toeboard.
Thanks for the help. I just put a brand new battery in it and that did not do the trick. I pushed the car and popped the clutch and it fired right up. I drove the car home and tried starting the car multiple times and it turns over like nothing ever happened?
I am guessing the starter or starter solenoid is bad?

At least I got the car home
Hi bmg -
That is why I suggested to roll the car a little - I have seen starters get a bad spot (for lack of a better description) and when they get stopped in that position, they get stuck -

Glad you made it home. Don't rule out a problem with the ignition key itself (dirty/damaged) or the lock cylinder needs cleaning. If the key's resistor cannot be read, it may be the problem as well.
