Up here in the Great White North we get the Z49 option. Non-melting or rusting body panels, steel rims with snow tires and an optional winch or plow for the front. I don't know why more guys don't get the package.
I will be keeping mine going all winter. I agree...putting it away is too hard for me to do.
As for storing MY Corvette for the winter. I have no problem with that AT ALL. It is pretty cool each Spring as I bring the car back out with new mods done to it each winter. It's like getting a new car every Spring.
I do not miss driving the car one bit during the winter......
