inner door panel
hello out there. I am wondering if someone would be kind enough to tell me if the lower portion of my door panel on my 99 vette can be removed separately or is the panel one entire assembly from top to bottom? I want to install red leather on the door panel, however, just the piece on the bottom.

I've seen a post about this ... I believe you have to drill out a couple rivets (or little melted plastic ******* maybe, then riviet back together)? Seems I remember Willfulone did this to his lower door panels -- might search againt his user name and see what you find. If it's not him, I know someone has done it, and they'll chime in!
