Default dealership question....

i had my alignment done 2 months ago and ive heard that runflats need to be set at 0 degrees for an even wear. So far now ive gone through 2 sets of front tirres due to improper wear on teh inside tread. Since they did my alignment a while ago, should i tell them im nto paying for another to set the front to 0 degrees? I think they set it to Z06 specs

If your wear was due to alignment, they should be responsible for fixing the problem at no cost to you!

There is an article written for 'Corvette Quarterly' (fall-2002) under 'Frequently Asked Questions'. It states, "large amounts of highway driving not balanced with a comparable amount of cornering, inner rib wear may develop. Reset camber to 0 degrees to correct inner tire wear.

If they set the alignment to factory approved specs, then they should not be responsible unless you specifically told them to do it some other way. If they set them to specs for a Z06 and that's not what your car is, then they should fix it no charge IMO.

i had mine aligned and they messed up and set it to Z06 specs. they are quite different. they changed it without a problem. now i have Z06 sized tires that are none run flats and wheels and wonder if i should use Z06 specs now.
