I'd be interested in the answer also. I found what I thought was a small scratch two months ago. It has now turned into a crack about an inch long and evidently right through the gell coat. The dealer wants $700 to grind out the area and repair and repaint the hood. So maybe a repaint for the hood would be in the $500 range.
