It really does a fine job. Others may suggest different products, but for the price it really works well. No slick look, just a clean, even look. Has a slight fresh smell also.

There is a difference between protection and cleaning. Most products do one or the other, but not both. I have found, the best thing to do is get a bucket, put in some dawn dish soap, add warm water and whip down everything inside, seats, dash, all except carpet. let dry, then whip down everything again with just warm water. let dry, then use a good leather or interior protectant. This will make a world of difference, because you cleaned everything first, not just put some product over dirt. This made my seats look like new, and you will see the dirt you remove when using the dawn soap. I do this about once a year and it keeps your interior looking like new.

I use Adam's Carpet and Upholstry cleaner and it works great.
It will take away the gloss and shine.

This is a great product for cleaning. As was mentioned previously, cleaning and protecting are two different things. My preferred protectant these days is Meguiars #40 Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner. Wipe it on the first time and it is a little glossy. Go back and wipe down a second time and it is nice and flat w/o looking "greasy".

Meguiars #40 vinyl & rubber cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning and protecting and does not leave a shiny surface (as stated above).

I use a mild dishwashing soap (like Dove or Ivory) in warm water. Moisten a washcloth with the solution, then wipe everything down. Follow up with a clean washcloth and clear water. For the leather surfaces, I use a good leather conditioner to keep it looking good.

ZAINO has a leather cleaning product that is very good. I used it on my '96 Impala SS yesterday, removed lots of stuff from the drivers seat and steering wheel...someone will correct me if I used the wrong method.

I like Eagle One -

http://www.eagleone.com/pages/produc...=1122&cat=5004

I really don't like the glare other products can cause - this leaves a nice satin finish, cleaner / protectant in one.

I have used this in all my cars for years. Cleans well and your interior looks great -- creates a 'showroom new' satin appearance rather than a glossy Armor-All-type look.

Armourall has a "low gloss" product that I've been happy with, especially on the dash.

I agree with Kevin. Definitely clean the parts first. Then protect them.

I have been using one of the Mr.Clean magic erasers with warm water.
Seems to take off any marks.

I use aerospace 303 for a protectant.
