With the recent change of weather I have started to notice a "chirping" sound resonating from below the rear compartment. It would barely chirp in neutral but would really get going once I placed the car into gear. So I got home tonight and jacked up the rear end to take a look and after fearing the worst I was pleasantly suprised.
The vibration of my Corsa Indy's apparently caused the two springs which are attached to the H pipe mount to start to chirp. Shot some silicon spray on the springs and bada bing....problem solved. FYI - the weather also made my suspension start to squeak with every bump in the road so I removed all 4 tires and hit all my bushing points with the same silicon spray and once again...problem solved
