Catback = 3 (only because you have to get the rear up HIGH)
Long tubes = 5-6 (not too bad, but some work involved)

If you have access to a lift, take a point off of each...

www.97vette.com has a writeup on a catback...

http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=29 for long tubes...

It's pretty straight forward, I'd give it a 2 or 3. Have to get the back of the car up high enough to remove the borlas with out cutting them off. Other than that, don't push the hanger bolts up into the frame and you should be good to go...

Peace
Chip

It's really pretty easy if you can get the car up in the air a bit. Probably a 3 out of 10 in terms of difficulty.
