when connecting the wires from the ballast to the plus/socket of the light, you may have reveresed the polarity. just unplg those two wires, switch them around, and try it again. should work. Many people do this, including myself... you never know which one is which until you try to light them.
also, do not be dissapointed when you first turn them on. they will be "dim" compared to what everyone says about them. you need to use them for about 50hrs to "burn in" the bulbs. Then they will get HELLA bright! LOL...
uhm..no. do you have a pic of your kit. if i can see it, that will help. each color should be with its respective counter part... are there any other connections you made?
as a double check;
-you plugged the existing headlight socket into the ballast, hear the click as it connected?
-plugged the two wires into the ballast running to the HID bulb, again, hear a click?
-plugs into the ballast are tight?
