Default Need help with repair.

To make a long story short, My windshield wipers started acting weird last week. When the switch is in the off position the wipers are stopping in the middle of the windshield instead of retracting all the way down. They work fine in all other aspects. I purchased a used motor off of ebay and want to install it to see if thats the problem. My service manual has not come in yet and i was wondering if anyone can email me or post the service manual pages that pertain to changing the windshield wiper motor.

Send to kieffer0@yahoo.com

Thanks,
Keith

I have my manual for my '98 but I'm not a home right now! Perhaps someone will be able to chime in.

Your problem could be related to the motor having water or moisture inside the case due to clogged utters from the drainage unit. You'll want to check these and clean as necessary. See the sticky on the forum on how to do this!

Let us know how it goes and hope all goes well!

Thanks,MAtt

They are located on the driver's side engine compartment right by the fire wall next to the brake master cyclendar. Good luck with the repair.
