Post your C5/Corvette toys/models
Whether you got em this Christmas like me or have had them for a while, post em up, and tell where you got em.
This one is my favorite of course
Then this one. Look how the fools have put the c6 symbol on the box :sigh:
This one is never going to be opened
This is a 57 Gasser it says on the bottom
The steering works and its detailed underneath and everywhere inside. I want more models like this one, especially a nice c5 in black or red.

This one says 1953

Z06s. I beleive I have every version made, that totals 8 of them sized from 1:64 to 1:18, plus 4 C5R versions and an autographed portrait by Dana Forrester. One day I may go for the big one, it's a 1:12 size and cost over $500. Plus I have just about every available version of Corvette Indy Pace Cars
It's a lot of fun for sure.
Be sure to check out the diecast section of the Forum, its under the Forums drop down box.

Recieving delivery at work.

Posing after delivery prep was complete

Even though they say you have to take it easy the first few miles, I figured I can afford to replace it if I break something. Besides, its older big brother is in the garage. Nice having a second Corvette to beat on.

The tiger shark r/c looks cool, but I wonder if it could take my Z06? I would say yes, people shouldn't do the tiger shark w/o having a tiger shark of a motor under the hood. Its prolly laying down 550rcrwmp (radio-control rear wheel mouse power)

This is pretty slick. The proportions are right on when folded up. I can't believe this would be good for children as it is quite a chore to unfold it. I am impressed with the detail and precision.
I know she spent some time tracking this down and they were flying off the shelves!

I don't have any pictures, but I received a 1:25 scale C6 vert painted with the St. Louis Cardinals logos from my wife, a cool custom sign from my daughter that say's "Moon's Corvette Parking Only - All others will be blown away" and it has a C5 logo at the top.
My father gave me a brass belt buckle that looks like a 59 roadster, and a metal sign that shows all 6 generations in front of the NCM.
I bought myself a 1:64 scale c6 vert with the Chicago Bears logo on it (saw it at the grocery store for a few bucks - bought one for a friend who is a bears fan and vette owner too).
best regards -

If you go down to the cruise-in this May, bring the Z06, I'll bring the tiger shark and we'll race for pinks. If I lose, I'll only be out, what, $30.
